Questions, answered.
A few helpful details before you send your inquiry.
How much notice do custom orders need?
Plan for at least 7–14 days. Larger dessert tables and peak weekends may need more lead time.
Do you offer delivery?
Local pickup is always available. Limited-area delivery can be discussed when your date and order are confirmed.
Can you accommodate allergies?
We offer allergen-friendly options. Share every allergy in the inquiry so we can explain what can be accommodated and any cross-contact limitations before confirming.
How is custom-order pricing determined?
Pricing depends on servings, flavors, design detail, packaging, and pickup or delivery needs. You will receive a quote before confirming.
How do I choose the right serving size?
Share your guest count and how dessert will be served. We will recommend a practical cake size or dessert quantity.
Can I send inspiration photos?
Yes. Inspiration photos, colors, invitations, and mood boards are welcome. Each design is adapted into an original Bake With Rach creation.
